SP Onlinehandel’s stock has always lived in a Google Sheet. It was maintained by hand: every delivery, every pick, every return typed in at the desk.

With one-off items that’s dangerous. Every forgotten entry is a potential oversell, every stocktake an evening with a laptop in the warehouse, and “who booked that?” never gets an answer.

Today the same sheet is connected to StackStock. Goods-in means: phone out, scan the barcode, type the quantity. The entry lands in the sheet in under a second, even from the dead zone between the shelves: scans wait in the queue and post themselves once the connection is back.

When eBay sells something, it deducts itself every ten minutes, cancellations come back. Photos land in Drive, listing drafts come out in batches. And every booking sits in the change log with a name and a timestamp.

StackStock has been running at SP Onlinehandel in production since day one. The sheet went from hand-maintained risk to a reliable single source of truth: what it says is what’s on the shelf. And stocktakes happen in passing, shelf by shelf, phone in hand.
